CHALLENGE

Differentiating the unique style of food and ambiance was integral in
carving a niche in this aggressively saturated market. Cuban Darling needed to visually stand out in both style and taste.

SOLUTION

The identity system was developed to resemble the communal atmosphere of a military mess hall. The long-connected tables all under one roof promoted the sharing of different foods as plates were passed around. Like a runway on an airfield, there was a sense of anticipation built as the food descended upon the table.
